Opening Your Relationship:
ENM Coaching for Couples
A six-month guided program for established couples moving from monogamy to ethical non-monogamy.
Opening your relationship can be exciting. It can also bring jealousy, fear, mismatched expectations and questions you never needed to answer when monogamy made the rules for you.
The Love Revolution helps you build the communication, trust, emotional regulation and relationship agreementsyou need to explore non-monogamy without losing each other along the way.

THIS MAY BE YOU
You love each other. Now the relationship is changing.
Maybe one of you brought up opening the relationship first.
Maybe you both want it, but not at the same speed.
Maybe the idea is exciting until one of you actually dates, falls for someone, comes home late, or wants something you didn't expect.
Suddenly questions that used to be theoretical become very real:
What are our boundaries?
What happens when one of us gets jealous?
How much do we tell each other?
What if one person wants more freedom than the other?
What if someone falls in love?
How do we protect our relationship without controlling each other?
You don't need to have all the answers before you begin.
But you do need a way to find them together.
The Love Revolution
A six-month coaching program for couples who want to open their relationship intentionally rather than improvise their way through it.
Over six months, we'll work with both the practical and emotional sides of ethical non-monogamy: communication, agreements, jealousy, attachment, conflict, autonomy, security, new partners and what happens when the plan meets real life.
The aim isn't to make you fearless, perfectly secure or “good at polyamory.”
It's to help you build a relationship in which difficult feelings can happen without automatically becoming a crisis — and where both of you have enough voice, choice and trust to keep shaping the relationship as it evolves.
The Love Revolution is designed for couples who:
have an established relationship and are considering or beginning ethical non-monogamy
want to open their relationship without simply copying somebody else's rules
are struggling with jealousy, insecurity, NRE, boundaries or different speeds
want more freedom without treating security as the enemy
keep having the same conversation and getting nowhere
want practical relationship skills, not just theory
are willing to look at their own patterns as well as their partner's
You don't both have to feel equally confident about ENM. In fact, many couples arrive with different levels of excitement, fear or certainty. Part of the work is making room for those differences without turning one person's enthusiasm or hesitation into the problem.
Is this for us?
What you'll work on
Open your relationship with clarity
Work out what each of you actually wants from ENM, including expectations, agreements, boundaries and the fears underneath them.
Understand jealousy instead of fighting it
Learn to recognise what jealousy is carrying: fear of replacement, comparison, attachment, exclusion, insecurity or an unmet need, and respond to the real issue rather than the reaction around it.
Stay connected when things get intense
Learn to recognise flooding, slow down automatic reactions and regulate enough to stay in the conversation without pursuing, attacking, shutting down or disappearing.
Communicate when you don't agree
Develop practical ways to listen, ask, negotiate and repair, especially when one person's needs don't conveniently match the other's.
Make room for freedom and security
Explore how autonomy, reassurance, boundaries and commitment can coexist rather than treating freedom and closeness as opposites.
Build agreements that can evolve
Create agreements that reflect your actual values and capacities, and learn how to revisit them when circumstances, relationships or people change.
Find your version of ENM
You don't need to perform polyamory correctly. We'll explore what ethical non-monogamy actually needs to look like for the two of you.

Questions couples often ask
Do we need to have already opened our relationship?
No. Some couples come before anything has happened; others come after opening the relationship has already brought up difficulties. We can work from wherever you are.
What if one of us wants ENM more than the other?
That's common. The goal isn't to convince either partner. We slow the process down enough to understand what each of you wants, fears and needs before deciding what comes next.
Will you tell us what rules we should have?
No. We can look at boundaries, agreements and common ENM structures, but the goal is to build something that fits your relationship rather than copy someone else's model.
What if we decide non-monogamy isn't right for us?
That's a valid outcome. Coaching is not about pushing you toward ENM. It's about helping you make a clearer, more informed decision together.
Can we work with you outside Berlin?
Yes. The program is available online as well as in person in Berlin.
